Marketing and Leasing Manager responsible for showing space to Brokers and prospective tenants, renew existing tenants, all within set budget. Analyze leases based on cash-on-cash and net effective rents visa vi budgeted parameters. Budget annual Operating Expenses, Capital Expenditures and Specific Tenant Assumptions and complete monthly variance reports. Construction Manage all Tenant Improvements on portfolio and develop and implement marketing plans for designated sub-market.
