We have a great idea here at Texas Property Brokers we want to be givers! What better way to give than to create a business that focuses on giving.
Having formed Texas Property Brokers almost 3 years ago, we felt as if we hadn’t really done enough for the community. We had found our calling, but were not making enough good changes for others. So we listened to the servants spirit in our hearts.
Originally we thought it would be great if one month every Spring we could donate a portion of the companies listing commission fee to a charitable organization. Then our idea blossomed into one month in the spring and again in October to coincide with Breast Cancer Awareness Month. After much consideration we decided that we should not limit ourselves. We want to do this every month of the year!

Here is how it will to work: We will Donate 25% of the total listing commission fee to local charitable organizations. This is 50% of Texas Property Brokers portion of the listing commission fee.

All money will be donated in the name of the listing family. This will allow the family to take the tax deduction.

We have selected these five local charities, and your public elementary school, for the money to be evenly distributed amongst.
They are: Your Local Elementary School
Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County
Meals On Wheels, Inc of Tarrant County
In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, all listings in the month of October will be dedicated to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
If one of these charities does not meet your desires we will include the local charity of your choice.
We will make improvements to our system as we go. Nothing will deter us from giving back to the community!
