Company Biography     

Texas Property Brokers, LLC was formed in the Spring of 2005 by Brandon and Rena Arnold.

Our mission has always been to provide a Comprehensive Real Estate experience and assist our clients.  Our clients have always included buyers, sellers, investors and we are now focusing on Realtors. We are motivated by helping our clients achieve their Real Estate goals.

When we originally formed Texas Property Brokers it was an opportunity for us to better serve our clients needs. It was also an opportunity to conserve a portion of our hard earned money that we were paying to our Brokers for their service. 

It did not take long in the business to realize that all the things the Broker, Prudential for me and Jennifer Gray for Rena, were providing us, we could easily get on our own.  So, we were left wondering why they were collecting 45% of our commissions for very little in the way of service.

Until recently we have run Texas Property Brokers as a opportunity for us.  Now we are looking to share our Savings with other Realtors by offering them the opportunity to participate in a true 100% Brokerage Business Model.  The way it works is simple.  We charge $89 a month for you to hang your license with us with NO additional charges.  For a limited time we are giving you the first three months free when you sign up for six months.We do not provide you with a desk, a phone or education.  We do provide you with direct contact with the Broker, Free E&O insurance, Freedom to make your own schedule and Freedom to promote you.  We are also a HUD certified Broker.  Hopefully our business model will give you an opportunity to better serve your clients, your community, your family and yourself!

Why are we doing it this way you might ask?  Because this is the way Brokerage will be done in the future.  The traditional Brokerage Business Model is broken and is on the decline.  The savvy Realtors see that there are many opportunities to keep everything they earn.
